Executive living is just one part of our offering. The second is to ensure that we deliver a service that exceeds our tenants’ expectations. These are just some of the things that are important to us.

Naturally, we are very selective about who we let out our rooms to.

We understand that as our tenants are working executives and need flexibility, to reflect this, our tenancy agreements can be for a minimum of six months.

All our houses hold HMO (House of Multiple Occupancy) licenses from the Local Council, which means the properties, meet all safety regulations. Including; fire, smoke and emergency lighting.

As a matter of course, for all new tenants we organise a welcome tour of the properties and introduction to other tenants. On arrival every new tenant is given a local area information guide.

We have a brilliant unobtrusive weekly cleaning service for all communal parts. (Our Gardener is pretty good as well).

Any problems regarding the maintenance of the properties are dealt with immediately, for instance; washing machine breakdown, changing light bulbs etc

Supplies are provided including; washing machine tablets, toilet rolls, kitchen towels, dishwashing tablets, rinse aid, hand soap dispensers etc.

We are on call out 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
